LADIES PHILOPTOCHOS / AUXILIARY

The Ladies Philoptochos of our Parish is the driving force behind our community’s philanthropy and hospitality. Consisting of a dedicated group of tireless women volunteers headed by our Parish Priests & Mrs Maria Birbilis, they are responsible for some of the following:

  • Hospital visits
  • Nursing Home visits
  • Home visits to the sick, elderly, and disadvantaged
  • Major Parish fundraising
  • Organisation of Parish functions ie: dinners, luncheons, morning teas etc.
  • The collation and publication of the Parish Cookbook (now famous Australia-wide).

Our Ladies are always looking for assistance, volunteers, and dedicated women to join their group.
